Been shopping around for awhile for my…
Been shopping around for awhile for my eclipse 5, I was getting extremely frustrated with several of your competitors. There was never true transparency about product or pricing and dare ask for both. There were always hidden charges or pieces not included. Some how you guys popped up a search . Put in my inquiry and Drew got hold of me. From the beginning there was transparency and honesty . If I asked question and did not know the answer he told me so but said he would find out. And did just that. I placed my order and only one part did not make it due to being out of stock. The external battery charger but it will catch up. Unit arrived bit larger than I thought but thats ok . It is so well made ,so much went into building this and then shipping . Getting ready to put it thru its paces . But sure it will do great. These guys have all my future business . Absolutely incredible sales experience . You dont get this level of care and honesty any where . Thanks Drew and crew . Richard Batson Happy customer

The sales associate Colton was great
The sales associate Colton was great. I’ve not made up my mind exactly, And had to wait to see how Husband’s health was doing. He has stage four small cell lung cancer. And he’s been pushing around his oxygen tank. I wanted something that he could rely on and wasn’t so bulky for him. So when I got ready to buy I called Colton, answered all my questions. Keep up the great work!
