Although the unit I had ordered went to someone else because my Rx wasn't yet at the store, the delay that resulted turned out to be surprisingly short. I've had no problems with the concentrator, and for my nighttime-only need for oxygen it works much better than the portable unit I had owned. My only recommendation for customers is to have your Rx in hand before placing an order. Drew will help you, as he did me, with your oxygen options. I'm happy with my choice!
