Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

Quality machine. Salesman was a good source of information regarding oxygen concentrators allowing me to investigate different manufacturers with a knowledgeable background. The OxyHome unit is cost effective, relatively light weight on wheels and quiet. It is around 45 dba and is as loud as your refrigerator when standing next to it when running. The sound level was the most important to me because it was going to be sitting in our living room/dining area. Delivery was in 3 days of ordering…across 2 states into a rural area. I would definitely buy again from this supplier, if I had to buy another unit.

Easy, representative was very helpful and informative.

MY Inogen Rove 6 was the lowest price in the market. I like the fact that the Oxygen Concentrator Store is local and can meet all my future needs in a timely basis. They took the time to explain the machine's operation. It was a pleasure working with the staff and would highly recommend the Oxygen Concentrator Store.

The staff is always responsive to Sam's needs which lately have been emergencies. They stay late and always have the equipment he needs.

correct shipment, lightning fast delivery!

My wife and I went on vacation to Hawaii. She required oxygen 24/7. The airlines required that we have three batteries for the her Inogen One G5 portable oxygen concentrator for the 9+ hour flight. As a added margin of safety, we brought six batteries. Within two days of our arrival in Honolulu, three of the batteries failed! We were due to board a ship to cruise the Hawaiian islands in two days. I spent several hours online and on the phone trying to find a replacement battery. It was hard to believe that the leader in high end POC’s did not have a store or agent in the State of Hawaii where I could purchase an additional battery! However, that was the case! I was fortunate to connect with Nick Vannatta at the Oxygen Concentrator Store. Nick absolutely jumped through hoops to facilitate the overnight shipment of a new battery from his store to Honolulu. That sounds easy, but the batteries are considered Hazardous Materials. He was in constant contact with UPS and me until the battery was delivered to our hotel. Exceptional customer service, indeed, Nick!! Thanks for saving our vacation!!

Very accommodating. Shipped as requested. Thanks, George
