Customer Service is Excellent
Putting trust into a search engine is always a stressful event. When David answered the line he heard me. He advised me as though he was reading my health history. I ordered and a few hours later changed the order due to no fault of mine or his. He was gracious. The equipment was shipped as promised. Purchase of the equipment is available in multiple places. Customer service is not. I trust this company which isn’t easy to exclaim anymore.

Our g-4 concentrator started displaying low O2
Our g-4 concentrator started displaying “low O2” repeatedly. I contacted the Oxygen Concentrator store for help. They sent me a label to print to return it to them so they could check it out. I sent it on Saturday. They received it on Tuesday or Wednesday, repaired the unit and I received it on Saturday. One week! That’s amazing!
