Unbelievably easy purchase
The purchase was unbelievably easy. All they required was verbal authorization from my pulmonologist. Shipped on Monday morning and even with a holiday, it arrived Friday morning. The unit (Oxyhome 5L concentrator) is so quiet, you cannot hear it sitting next to you.

Took 13 days to get address label to…
Took 13 days to get address label to return defective battery, From 18 Nov to 1 Dec. Glad I bought 2nd battery and it wasn't a life threatening situation or person would have died!!!

My experience was amazing
