Fast shipping, after further trouble shooting the socket on my Rove 6 was the problem. Will keep the battery which I will have 3 now. Sent my Rove 6 to Colorado for repair. Have no way to charge battery you sent. Not but 1 flashing light, would be helpful to have been fully charged.

As a repeat customer I find the Oxygen Concentrator Store is great. Good service, reasonable pricing and Knowledgeable representatives. I am a bit disappointed in my purchase this time. I have been using a Phillips easy go Mini which is no longer made. My new one is an Imogen Rove 6. It does not seem to have the quality of the Mini. It makes more noise and generates more heat than the Mini. The oxygen hose connects directly under one end of the carrying strap which crimps the air hose when the strap is used. the charging port is Small and mounted on the side of the unit where it can be broken off easily.

It works so far without any noise and it is great! Convenient location for tubing attachments. I gave 4 star because the weight of this machine on the heavier side and the machine is a little too tall and it doesn't feet under my end table by the bed like the previous machine, otherwise the rate will be 5 star
