The representative
The representative, Chris Hollis, was outstanding. I was feeling homebound, following a recent need for oxygen at night. He calmly led me through my options in finding the perfect continuous flow concentrator that I can travel with. Remaining active is essential to me. Chris wasn’t at all pushy, determined to make a sale. He was determined to completely understand my needs first. I can’t wait to travel again!

Efficient and extremely helpful
Jake was so helpful in assisting us in making a decision for a portable continuous flow oxygen concentrator. It was delivered while my mom was in the hospital. With walking and little activity she needs her oxygen bumped up to 6 or 8 until she recovers so I called Jake back to see if there is a home concentrator that goes to 10 and he was able to get it handled and it will be delivered this Thursday so she can come home from the hospital and we can feel safe and confident that if we need oxygen over 5 liters, it’s available! Thanks Jake!

Neil customer service was incredible!
Neil was a great help and replied with extreme urgency. He was able to get me set up with a prescription and portable oxygen machine the same day. Very thankful for him!

Comprehensive, Effective, and Efficient
Their representative effectively communicated all relevant information to facilitate the repair of my unit. They efficiently and effectively performed the necessary repairs, and returned the unit to me in a timely manner.
