My oxygen concentrator is working good
My oxygen concentrator is working good. But you didn't send me any statement explaining me what did you correct to makes it to work well. Please send me a written message or send me by mail a bill detailing what's you correct in my oxygen concentrator

I worked with Katie and she was amazing. No high pressure sales pitch. Very understanding and helpful so I got the Inogen that was best for me. Very quick delivery. She is awesome with her customer service and I can't wait to try it out Saturday. I feel like I have my independence back. Thank You Katie

Prompt, friendly, helpful, good product
Edit: Sales support contacted me today via phone and are sending the other hosing tomorrow. Again, very friendly and helpful. Recommended. Prompt response to all inquiries. Very friendly. Received condenser within one week only thing missing was a couple of 20' hoses that the salesperson said she would include. Easy set up and has been working flawlessly for 2 weeks now. Much quieter than my previous model.
