Three simple things made this an outstanding experience. 1. Presales. Knowledgeable assistance to select the concentrator that is the best fit. 2. Communication. I knew what the next step was, and Nick communicated every step of the way. 3. Follow up. Concentrator is here. Nick checked in, and we had a great follow-up to make sure everything went well.

Recent purchase
Dakota was very helpful, informative in our conversations. With regard to my situation, he recommended an Inogen Rove 4 unit and it is working great I am glad that I have this unit now as it puts me at ease when I do physical exercises. I am now getting the O2 that I need to keep working out. Thank you

It was easy to order
It was easy to order, but for some reason I did not get any information about my purchase no confirmation number no tracking number and I called they said they sent one but for some reason I did not get them, but everything was done in a timely manner. The person that I dealt with was excellent, very nice very patient took a lot of time to help me with stuff that I didn’t know how to do with never a crossword was so appreciative of his help.

Excellent company
Having viewed information on line about Rove 4 pulse oxygen machine, I had quite a few questions. Representative Christa answered patiently and thoroughly all of my concerns. I considered all of the information and within a couple of days I decided to purchase. The prices were fair, the rove 4 plus backup batteries and chargers arrived. And this lighter weight, compact device has allowed me to be much more mobile,than the bulky, heavy oxygen machine I had before. And Rove 4 gives me five hours per battery rather than just two.

happy overall with company, customer service, and equipment
Friendly. Helpful. Quick delivery. The reason I selected 4 stars, rather than 5, had to do with slightly less optimal responsiveness to messages left. But happy overall with company, customer service, and equipment. (oxygen masks not of great quality/design, but everything else I ordered is good). Thanks.
