Colton answered all of my questions, plus my husbands questions, simply and clearly. No pressure to make a decision, but once I did, we finished the sale off in minutes. My order arrived on time and in good condition. Set up and start was easy, and I am very happy with my choice.

The initial was with Thatcher. He explained everything to me, I had bad experiences here locally with what they had to offer. I was flying out and he reassured me that I would have the concentrator by the time I needed it. It actually arrived the next day. I went to hook it up to charge and it wasn't working. I called the next day and explained what had happened, the lady I spoke with was terrific, she walked me thru how to send it back, it was defective. I received my new one the very next day! It is working great, took my trip to Texas, ha no problems. The only thing I wish that it was lighter. I don't have much strength. Over all, the people there are great.
