Great customer service and fast delivery.
I wanted extra filters for the new Airsep Intensity 10 concentrator I purchased. They were sent to me within a few days. I appreciate the good customer service and fast delivery.

Not totally honest
Not totally honest when it comes to pricing and product operations and warrantee. (orig review) Edit, Also, not honest about weight and noise have read other oxygen companies comments about the LIberty2 and they all told the truth about this machine. I was asked by a member of the company right after I posted this to see if I would edit my review and I told him NO I AM NOT GOING TO LIE.

I ordered the wrong battery and…
I ordered the wrong battery and returned it without any problems. Would have reordered but you did not have the item I required. You did try to resolve for me and I thank you for that.
