I am disappointed that there are no more parts for my Inogen, which is old. I was lucky that the part I needed was still availablele.

Easy ordering
Easy ordering, great customer service. Loaded the device in the car for me. It is SO quiet compared to my last at home oxygen concentrator. Thanks for the recommendation.

SO easy to purchase
SO easy to purchase. Actually spoke to a PERSON who answered all my questions. It was delivered fast. Just a phone call to a PERSON helped me set it up. I appreciate speaking to someone rather a bunch of texts and a run around.

our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. He knew what the symbol on the machine meant and was able to get us to the replacement part. It was packaged and shipped that day.

Warranty experience.
The company reached out after reading my previous review and has offered to pay for the shipping on my oxygen machine. The Oxygen Concentrator Store has no control on the length of time the manufacturer requires to service the machine, so that isn’t their fault. I have had excellent service from them previously and they have done everything possible in this instance to make things right. I’m extremely pleased with their customer support, and I will continue using them for my oxygen concentrator needs.
