My entire experience with Brian Dickson was amazing. He walked me through the entire process of picking the unit that would best fit my needs as well as guiding me through what to expect going forward. Brian was easy to get a hold of and was very responsive in following up with any concerns. He was a class act.

I was looking for a quiet concentrator
I was looking for a concentrator that was less noisy than the one I have. After talking with Drew he pointed me in the right direction to also satisfy my need for when we are in our RV. The transaction and shipping was very easy and fast!

A 5 Star Review usually says how the merchant did everything right. And it did when I purchased a new portable concentrator. Then I ordered a second battery and the wrong model was sent. I called. They apologized sincerely and repeatedly. The correct one would be sent asap. Later someone from shipping called that the replacement was on its way. Impressive !! And It did come quickly. No company can get everything perfect all the time. Oxygen Concentrator Store rectified a mistake perfectly. That deserves 5 Stars Plus.
