Your salesperson did not do his job and get authorization from doctor and submit it to insurance company prior to sale. So my insurance is not paying for product, your company needs to refund my money.

We started off with heavy oxygen tanks and they were bulky and heavy. His new oxygenator makes him more portable which makes him happier.
