Portable Concentrator
Called and spoke with Todd Gordon about a concentrator. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting me what I needed. Ordered one and it was shipped out promptly and I was very pleased with it.

Lack of Customer Service Skills
While I was trying to gather the information needed to make a decision about the best portable oxygen concentrator for my mom, I had a very disappointing experience with Luke. He was rude and even raised his voice, stating that he did not care about notes from a previous conversation. This behavior showed a clear lack of professionalism, patience, and respect. I expected a much higher level of customer service, especially when dealing with such an important decision.
