only needed one representative to get good service - even with multiple calls
Follow through with same person each time I called. It helped as I didn't have to restate the situation each time I called.

Far better than lugging those O2 bottles around.
The Inogen works very well and your salesman Brent has been incredibly helpful. Only downside is that I thought the machine was going to be lighter weight.
