Not being able to link my cash app, can’t withdrawal my available balance. Couldn’t pay my bills on time because of it.

Everytime there's a transaction made, Oxygen always notifies me. I also like the fact that I can get to freeze and unfreeze my debit card. Keep up the good work Oxygen Bank.

I really like the convenience and security. Customer service needs to be able to solve issues instead of just being a call crnter.

You suck. You have no customer service workers that are fluent in English. You can’t understand them, they don’t know what to do and cannot understand what you are saying. The company has yet to verify my identity for mobile checks and pushes the blame on the check cashing company ingo. That’s not my problem you use a c rated company to verify your customers identity. You have crap policy that is very inconvenient. And most importantly your business has zero credibility with the public, most people give me looks when I say I bank with you and the looks are followed by negative reviews.

I've tried most of the online banks and none of them are as good as oxygen. I like the cash back for fast food and gas and the different levels of cards.
