Multiple cardigans ruined due to poor quality dye, even following wash instructions the dye leaked onto the white piping and has ruined it. Have written to customer service multiple times and been ignored. Not happy.

Ordered four shirts. Received only 2, wrong style and size. Poor quality. No communication. Product coming from China.

Je suis vraiment déçue . J'ai commandé un t-shirt et je reçois un pull ! La malhonnêteté de cette société est qu'elle ne rembourse pas les frais de retour (contrairement à Shein). Les frais de retour sont énormes et à charge du client (contrairement au droit européen qui institue le droit de rétractation). Si l'entreprise vend en Europe, elle doit respecter les lois locales. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette entreprise un véritable anarque

Yep, like others had said, it's not worth buying OXKNIT products. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before I began purchasing from them, and now I have about 8 of their shirts! And there has been something wrong with VIRTUALLY EVERY ITEM! I did not see the pattern early on, because the shirts actually hung in my closet for weeks or months before I even wore the first item. So it took a while for me to see the pattern of poor quality. Just say no.

Bought these clothes for a birthday. They took almost 3 MONTHS to arrive. They denied me whenever I asked to cancel the order or refund me. To top it all off, once the package did arrive, the clothes were made of cheap Chinese garbage. DO NOT BUY! Bad Support - Bad Products - Horrible Shipping

We received the order about a month later than we thought we would. When it finally did arrive it was the completely wrong order. Shipping was too expensive to return. So, we lost money and a cardigan.

I love the items

The item is unwearable. Poor pattern design (sizing completely off - regular body, sleeves way too short, neck far too wide) Fabric exceptionally poor quality. I doubt it will last more than 3 washes. Poor returns programme (offered for me to keep the item and receive a 15% refund + 10% discount coupon) or ship the item back at my own cost for a refund on just the product cost. I really don't understand how this company is still in business Avoid at all costs
