I have shopped at Oxknit three times, with no regrets. I love their designs which are of excellent quality. The shipping was on time in all three cases. I have no experience with returning or exchanging purchased clothing, nor do I have any experience with their customer service. I give a full house in the review of Oxknit, solely because I love their exclusive clothing selection.

This site is a scam. First they claimed to have sent the items via a defunct/non-existent shipping company. Then kept trying to get me to verify with a non-existent company that the shipment was lost. After that they pretended to resend the shipment, even went so far as to confirm my shipping address. Then when I asked for an updated tracking number they stopped communicating. Be aware you will talk to a seemingly concerned customer service rep at first, and they'll essentially humor you and lie until you seem placated.

Great color and design.

Wir haben 4 Pullis bestellt und ich hatte, aufgrund der Rezensionen, etwas Angst, dass was schiefgeht. Aber, außer das der Versand etwas länger gedauert hat super geklappt. Die Pullis sind wunderschön, die Größen entsprechen normalen EU Größen. Ich hatte auch 2 mal Kontakt per Mail zum Kundenservice, die mir auch schnell geantwortet haben. Ich würde wieder bestellen und die Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen.

El producto está bien, hacen cosas chulas y la calidad no está mal, tampoco para tirar cohetes, las tallas son pequeñas y una M es una S. Pero eso puede llegar a ser normal, lo que no es normal es el hecho de hacer una devolución es imposible y bastante caro, una camiseta que costaba 35 entre gastos de envío y tasas se convirtio en 55€, pero eso no es todo, como me quedaba pequeña tuve que pagar otras tasas de 18€, así que una camiseta que viene de china me costó 73€. Les mandas mails para la devolucion y en vez de enviarte una respuesta con un mail te envían varios en lo que primero tienes que pagar, otro que si te lo cambian en casa, otro que lo tienes que devolver tú.... un lío tremendo! todavía tengo la cmiseta en casa esperando a no tengo ni idea qué. Espero me lo solucionen rápido, aunque no sé por que me parece que me voy a quedar con una camiseta carísima y enana que voy a tener que regalar. Un auténtico desproposito. No vuelvo a comprar jamás.

Bad quality

Bought a pair of pants from this China-based company, and based on the sizes/measurements on their site, they should have fit loosely around my waist. Instead, they were at least two sizes smaller than advertised. Somehow, according to them, this was my fault, and they wouldn't cover the return shipping which they claim was around $30 (more than 50% of the cost of the pants to begin with). I look at the original order invoice and it says shipping was only $10.90...?? So after many back and forth messages, they don't even want me to ship the pants back in exchange for the right size, but they want me to pay an additional $28 to have them ship me the correct size, or offered a 30% discount for the wrong pants. At this point they had wasted enough of my time, and I'm done with these clowns.
