I was very happy with customer service and the quality of the sweater. The medium fit okay but I asked to exchange for a large because I was concern with shrinkage. They sent one right a way .

OXKNIT SCAM!!
I placed an OXKNIT order and received sizes that were not aligned with the sizing chart listed on the site. After a few unanswered emails to OXKNIT about my issue, I filed a dispute with PayPal. OXKNIT responded, apologized for the incorrect sizing, and stated they would send a new order according to the correct sizing. While OXKNIT stated that I didn't have to return the initial order, they asked that I pay $30 for the shipping of the new corrected order. I agreed and paid the shipping. Then, OXNIT asked me to close the PayPal dispute since we reached an agreement. In good faith, I closed the PayPal dispute against OXKNIT. To date, I have not received a refund of the initial order ($166.98), a refund of the additional shipping fees ($30), nor have I received the order that OXKNIT said they would send.
OXKNIT, I am not in agreement with either offer. Honestly, OXKNIT has lost my trust. I prefer a full refund of the two (2) sets, a full refund of the $30 shipping, and a prepaid shipping label to return the original items back to you. OXKNIT cannot produce evidence of unanswered emails that you have sent because they do not exist. This is the first time OXKNIT has responded since failing to send promised replacements and scamming me out of an additional $30.
It's been three days since my reply to OXKNIT per their request. I emailed and there has been no response. OXKNIT SCAM ALERT!!!

We have checked the email record and unfortunately, one of the sets in your replacement order had sold out before, so we were unable to ship the replace sets. We sent several emails to inform you of the stock issue and discuss the next steps, but we have not received a response. We kindly ask you to check your inbox and spam folder in case our messages were missed.
At this point, both sets are unfortunately sold out. To help resolve this matter, we can offer you the following options:
Option 1: Replace the two sold-out sets with two alternative sets of your choice.
Option 2: If you prefer not to receive replacements, we can offer a 20% refund of the 2 set's price, along with a full refund of the additional $30 reshipping fee.
Please contact us by email and let us know which option you prefer, so we can follow up with you directly and work toward a resolution.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

J'ai reçu un gilet de mauvaise qualité par rapport au prix payé 50€ avec frais de port, le même prix que j'aurais payé en France, sur shein ou aliexpress ça vaudrait 15 à 20€ max. Après une multitudes d'échanges par mail ils m'on remboursé 15€, ce qui ne m'a pas satisfait, c'est un produit chinois qui ne coute même pas 5€. A fuir absolument c'est une arnaque.

Good quality and price. Great customer service
I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience with this company. They’re generally pretty fast as far as shipping. The quality is great especially for the price and when I did have a sizing issue, they promptly fix the situation. I bought at least six items from them and I’ve been really happy which is nice to report since buying through the Internet can be a scary disappointing situation but with this company, it’s been perfect.
