The product is amazing quality. The sizing is a bit in the smaller side, but still fits quite well. Very soft to touch and the design is truly what I saw on the website. Great value for money. Will definitely buy again.

Excellent customer service; as soon as I had a problem with them, I was partially refunded. I have purchased 3 products so far and I have been satisfied. The only downside is the shipping, because I have had quality all three times... except the last one, the right pocket was narrower than the left, but I was partially refunded, so honestly, very good customer service. The fabric was still good quality despite the defect. I really don't understand the other negative comments: honestly, there is so much fraud these days, it's refreshing to come across a REAL clothing company that doesn't just do drop shipping.

If I could give zero I would. I placed an order 6/28 and I still don’t have my order today is 7/28. I’ve reached out multiple times requesting a refund they keep telling me to wait since my order is stuck in transit. I let y them know I’d wait one week, it’s been over two. I reached out again and no response. I had no idea the package was coming from china. I wouldn’t have ordered knowing there could be shipping issues.

I ordered a cardigan that was supposed to be modeled after the Shining carpet. It was a little pricey, but I thought it was a cool print so let me treat myself to a unique sweater when I opened the packaging which took forever to get to me, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to laugh or cry upon opening. It was various shades of orange and black. Awful. The sizing was also way off. Do yourself a favor and skip this company.

I purchased various items which gave me a receipt of $195 AUD for them to take $300 USD from my bank account. I disputed this to which they told me they refunded me, however, they haven’t and have taken the same amount again! Would not recommend this website.

This is a scam, do not order anything from this site. They said my package was delivered, but I never got it. When I contacted customer service they asked me to go check with the post office, which I did. The post office couldn’t find the package. After this, Oxknit asked me to file a claim, however only the sender can file a claim through USPS. I never got my package and was sent on a wild goose chase. They keep tying to ask you to wait a couple days, or file a claim. They give you the run around and still won’t do anything to refund you or send you a new item. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering something online.
