This company is awful. They say you have to return the items at your own expense, which means you have to send them to China, which costs as much as the items do. They have awful customer service, which is wild in this day and age.

Vorsicht, Finger weg Betrug!!!! Warte seit 3 Monaten auf ein Shirt das bezahlt wurde aber nicht geliefert wird. Angeblich ist die Ware mit DHL unterwegs. Ich glaube aber trotz Beteuerungen vom Support aber nicht mehr dran dass ich etwas für mein Geld erhalten werde.

Fast shipping, the sweater looks exactly like what is pictured, it’s lightweight as stated in description and perfect for spring. Unique designs you can’t find elsewhere.

I'm very pleased with my 2 sweaters, they're are made of high quality cotton and it's very well-made. I bought the size 2Xl for women thinking that it would be made small but I was surprise that they're pretty big , just a bit bigger than I thought but they fit well , are comfortable& are exactly the style that I ordered. Shipping was fairly fast since it comes from China. I have nothing but good thing to say about my experience. I would buy again from this online store,

Shipper ruins the experience. I love the clothes, but holy moly, the shipping situation is AWFUL. It takes a MONTH for things to arrive. IF they arrive. There's no real way to track. No one will actually respond to tell you when it will be here. What the heck y'all? I love the clothes but won't be ordering again. The shipping situation is too stressful to be worth it.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered 10 items from oxknit and they only shipped me seven but waited for me to identify that I was shorted before refunding. All of the merchandise was literal garbage. Very poor quality and sizing were all over the map. I ordered extra large shirts and a sweater and all the shirts were way too small and the sweater was way too big. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to ship it back to China at my own cost and it’s been a nightmare. I asked about the buyer protection and they said that it wasn’t really a thing. When I considered an exchange for the items with alternative sizes they told me I’d have to pay an extra $60 to have new item shipped. This is a total scam of a company and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for garments that you won’t be disappointed in.
