Bob Castro was the rep. that answered my call. He’s also a respiratory therapist. He was able to answer all my questions completely and concisely. Extremely helpful. Turns out the 3,000.00 product we purchased wasn’t what we wanted. No hassle with the free return. He told us about the $99. restocking fee ahead of time.

Clark was most helpful and patient. Over several days I searched several portable oxygen concentrator agencies, including the manufacture of who made the machine I purchased. When I returned Clark remembered our phone call and my specific needs, and referred me to the unit I needed.
