oxiline.shopReviews of oxiline.shop

Ordered the blood pressure machine 9pro. It came in a package that wasn't professionally wrapped and had me thinking it may have even been refurbished. I will see how well this works. I ordered and paid the $29.00 extra for overnight. The next day was a holiday. However, the next day after was a Friday where I should have received my package on that Saturday. I requested partial payment of $15.00 since it actually wasn't overnight. I was told that overnight doesn't count for weekends. My guess after reviewing these reviews about this company is that they suck and I will have to bite the bullet of $108 with the tax. However, if enough people leave bad reviews maybe they will go out of business

2 months passed after payment. Have no item and no response from customer service. Got scammed, sad:))

Absolute scam. Stay clear of these jokers. I placed an order On Oct 27th for a glucometer and strips and today is Nov 14 with no communication whatsover. You can never reach them over the phone and they do not bother to reply to their emails. Terrible customer service.

Horrible shipping, they use USPS which is horrible and lost my package. Need the bo monitor wound up going through amazon.

The order was supposed to ship within 2-3 days. I never received an email confirmation. 12 days after I placed the order I called customer service and was told that the product was on back order. I asked why I was not notified and was told that most clients were. I was also told that the product will be available later this week and will be shipped then, which means about 16 days later than I was promised. Not a way to establish good relationship with new customer. I will have to look elsewhere

This company is a scam I purchased a blood pressure machine from them almost a year they stated when I brought the Oxiline bp machine model Dbp-1314 it was a lifetime warranty. I’m on several blood pressure medicines and I have to take my pressure every day before taking my meds. I called this company I was advised to send a video of the problem which I did I called back and I was told now I have to send the machine back than they and once they receive it then they will send a new machine. Please don’t do business with this company they are horrible!!!!!

Ordered an item and paid extra for expedited shipping. Although a customer service rep when contacted phone, assured me that, "I have checked on your order and it has shipped and you will receive it today or tomorrow." Shipper says nope and It hasn't showed up. Also never responded to my email queries regarding the order. Do not believe these guys.

I ordered my tens unit two weeks ago because it got great reviews online. I should have extended my research to the company. It has been a struggle every inch of the way and I still don’t have my purchase in hand. The email responses have been prompt but not accurate. I was told the product would absolutely by shipped the next day and received a tracking code but the shipper didn’t receive the product for many days. I was not issued an invoice for ages although my Visa was charged immediately. I don’t trust this company and wouldn’t bet money on receiving anything although it looks like its on it’s way. All this before even finding out if the product is good! I wouldn’t recommend buying from Oxiline as there are so many other options. Worst online shopping experience ever!
