We were looking to refinance our home, but looking for a mortgage seemed so predatory. With Own Up, we found a company that doesn't spam, doesn't call 1000 times, and seems to only want to help, in a professional manner. In less than 30 days, we found a great rate, and closed our new mortgage. This past refi was my 2nd with OwnUp. I initially contacted OwnUp because I was looking for a company that could help me navigate the mortgage process without constantly calling me, using predatory practices, and so on. OwnUp acts like a "real business" and sets appointments for calls, doesn't harass prospects, and seems to just want to help. This most recent refi started with an email telling me that they might have a refi offer I would be interested in. It was like having a friend contact me with inside information. I had a few questions, and those questions were answered, and boom... we're on our way to a lower interest rate.

Own Up found the best lender for me. Their agent was never pushy and she did an excellent job of selecting about a dozen lenders. She then helped me narrow it down to the one that best suited my needs based on the criteria I had provided. I am super happy with my final choice.

I've used own up twice now, first time for refinancing my apartment and recently to purchase a single family home - had an excellent experience all the way thru the closing. Both the time I shopped around extensively however no one was able to really beat their rates. I would strongly recommend them, not only for the rates but also overall smother closing process
