My experience with Own Up was great. I reached out to them with my initial mortgage and while I didn't end up going through them I was able to negotiate the rate with my lender down significantly with the help of Own Up. I then reached out for my re-fi and they were very helpful and got me the best rate available.

Service was very kind and super quick to get my pre-approval mortgage letter but I was offered only one choice of mortgage compared with 3 years ago when we refinance our mortgage they gave us so many mortgage options that we can explore an choose freely; that did not happened this time when they gave me just one option and I have a Credit score of 800 plus. So I’m kind of dissapointed.
