Absolutely thrilled w/ my purchase, my robe & set of PJ’S. I don’t like to order online to name Im not familiar with, they have been washed with no shrinkage, true to size. I did not put in dryer. Light gauze just what I was hoping for. I will definitely order again.

I ordered the Persimmon Flower coverlet and am so happy with it! The colors are beautiful and the weight is just right for summer. Shipping took two weeks from China which isn’t bad at all, and when I emailed customer service about purchasing additional pillow towels, they responded within one day. I’m a happy customer!

I ordered a kimono. Gorgeous. Great quality and craftmanship. I ordered another. Material was soft, colors were beautiful. My first order, too big so I exchanged for smaller size. Great customer service...very fast response...very easy. I'll be buying gifts from Ownkoti. Great product.

Towels/fabrics are beautiful as expected. My kitchen is orange so they’re perfect.

Everything went smoothly; Quality item and fast turn around.

Love this pj set. Material is Super comfy and im fussy and now I'm buying my fourth pair from this company. Just a note: runs small so size up for U.S. I normally wear medium and bought XL and even after putting it in the dryer it fits perfect and washes well. Love it!

I discovered OWNKOTI through a Google search for robes and I’m pleased that I landed on their website. The robes are made from gorgeous fabrics and, when I had a problem with my order, Customer service replied promptly and offered several possible solutions. I’ve recommended them to friends and family and plan to order from them again anytime I need a well-made robe.

My experience was very satisfactory; the customer service team is very attentive and considerate. The products arrived in good condition. The materials are of good quality. My expectations were exceeded.
