I ordered 4 pajamas from your company. Two of them are summer weight, one a cotton jersey and the other rayon. These pajamas fit well, though the legs are short for me. I am 5’7”, which is medium height in US. The other two pajamas are heavier weight winter in what you call vintage fabric that is so coarse and rough, I cannot imagine being comfortable wearing it, much less sleeping in it. I gently washed them in cold water, and observed the darkened water from dyes or finishing chemicals. I hung them to dry, but they still shrank so much that I couldn’t wear them even if I wanted to. They would now fit an adolescent child or very small woman. It’s very disappointing, as I think your artistic designs are quite beautiful. The quality of the fabric should be such that your customers are truly happy with their clothing, especially since the artwork is so special. This very poor quality of fabric inclines me to not do business with Chinese companies. American companies would take the return and refund my purchase. If you authorize return and refund, let me know.

Long wait for items to arrive. (Did not know that the items were from China). Advertised as organic and ethically made. Fit is really small compared to size chart. Very disappointed as the fabric felt nice and the patterns were appealing.

Nov 28 UPDATE: Following Ownkoti's lame, face-saving response here on TrustPilot, I have STILL heard NOTHING from them. Don't be fooled. ALL companies post this kind of lame response. Ask yourself: If Ownkoti had responded appropriately to my original complaint, would I really need to post on TrustPilot??? _______________________________________________ I ordered and received a ginko leaf blanket, Color was not as bright or rich as in their online photo. Emailed the company to begin a refund. Kept getting "Mail undeliverable" messages. Finally, after several attempts, here was their reply: "Dear customer, We are sorry about that. Could you please send some pictures of the item you received for us to check more clearly about the problem? We’re willing to help.Sorry for any inconvenience that we caused. Waiting for your reply." So, days after sending them a picture of the blanket, they said the particular lighting conditions of the original photo may make the fabric appear different in person. OK, so? I STILL want a refund. After one subsequent email, I get an "encryption error" message. Weird! Now, after 2 more messages sent to them, more crickets! "Dear customer"? Really? Michael J. Trottier Victoria, BC

Though the designs are very attractive, the customer service is atrocious! I orderd a night dress according to size but was too small in shoulders. BUT, if you want to return anything, you must jump through hoops and pay shipping back to China, even though the item was shipped to me from Indiana. I will never order anything from here again.

My order came with a card offering a 15% off coupon in exchange for a screenshot of a positive review here. To me that shows they are not an honest company. I ordered pajamas, size L instead of my usual M based on their sizing guidelines. They shipped from China, info you can't find anywhere on their website. The top fit OK but the pants were crazy small, like size S or XS with a child's waist size. Nice fabric and design but lots of loose threads hanging out. I see from other reviews here that they don't really accept returns. I won't bother reordering a larger size. Too bad because the designs are appealing.

The pictures and the reality are two different things. The items look like Japanese material and is just cheap printed cotton badly put together. I would buy it as it is pretty, but worth US$10 and not $70. It's all made in China. Cheap and it is a scam. It might be someone else's website. Not sure.

I recently ordered a ginkgo pattern queen size quilt. It took a while to get, but I don’t think it was the companies fault. When I contacted them, they sent updated tracking info and all was good. I have to say I love the quilt. It’s beautiful, and although I paid more than I would usually pay, I just really wanted it. Prior to buying, I searched Amazon, but didn’t see the same quilt. So I bought it. For $139. Fast forward to today. I see a review saying to reverse image it. Do I did. Using the image, I find it on Amazon for $57. I paid 240% more than I needed to. Feeling like a chump! Funny thing. Ownkoti invited me to review the product. Probably their biggest mistake. 2 stars cuz the quilt is nice, but the price is ridiculous.

I received some curtains and i will like to return them but like some peoples wrote there is no address where to send them back or others informations how can i send them back .Thank you .
