I never received my order. They provide fraudulent tracking info from China. If you message them for helped they will block you or say it is "not their problem." Had to file a dispute with Paypal. Stay away!

Ordered a Christmas table runner in November. It’s now December 20 and it’s still not arrived and they’re asking me to wait another 7 days!!! This place is an absolute joke. They’re refusing to refund any part of my order or help in any way. DON’T sell Christmas stuff if you have no intention on shipping it FOR Christmas. If I would’ve known it was cheap China crap when I ordered I never would have ordered. Will never place another order again.

Color of sofa color not as advertised. Was supposed to be off white/brown but was pink. Ownkoti would only offer refund after I threatened to leave bad review. Now they will refund but I have to send back to China, costing about $110.

Examine the reviews, people. So many 20-25 word 5-star reviews. Densely packed in short date ranges. The English is better than most fake reviews, but use your critical thinking skills when seeing extensive similarly styled “reviews.” Trustpilot has many complaints online about fake reviews and companies’ abilities to take down bad reviews. I’m assuming this won’t stay up long.

I am panicking,especially after reading the negative reviews. I ordered a bedspread and received notice it had been sent. However when I tried to inquire about when it would arrive, I was told my password was wrong and I should reset it. Then I was told they did not recognize my email and I fear I have been scammed.

I have received no notice from this company concerning my order, no order number. They did, however, withdraw the money within a few hours. I do not know how to inquire about my order as I do not have an order number.

Make sure you really will love the item before you order it, because their "return policy" is a joke. They ship the item from a local address, but when you want to send it back, they tell you to send it to China, and make suggestive comments about "losing" the item, so even if you pay to send it there, they will most likely claim to have never received it. When you argue that they should allow you to return it to the local address it came from, they try to talk you into accepting a 30% refund or gifting it to a friend. They obviously only make their money by selling ugly and cheap products and then forcing people to keep them, because their return policy is so unreasonable. Never trust a Chinese online retailer besides Shein! They are all scam artists like Ownkoti.

or be 100% sure that you LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the item, and have no concerns about fit, because when I inquired about returning the bedding which I decided didn't suit my space, I was informed that I needed to send it to an address in CHINA (where international shipping would cost more than I paid for the item). This might make sense if it had come directly from China, but it was shipped from Jamaica, NY, and came very quickly, so this is clearly a way for them to "stick" customers with products whether they are great or not.
