I ordered pjs and a robe. Upon arrival I realized that the robe was the wrong size- I had ordered up a size because I wanted to be sure it was roomy. It was TOO roomy. I emailed customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. My right-size robe is on the way! Also, washed to pjs before wearing them, hung them to dry. The material is wrinkly free!

This company is great to customers. The customer service is outstanding. They replaced an item that I was unhappy with and helped me with choosing another item. Communication was excellent. Every email was answered immediately. To future customers, have no fear in buying from ownkoti.

I have made a number of purchases from Ownkoti. The quality is top notch. I did have a problem with a pair of pants, where the fabric separated from the seam. I contacted them, and they offered a different pair of pants, sent to me for no charge. They were truly responsive and very helpful. I plan to shop with them long into the future!!

My experience with Ownkoti has been excellent! I love the bedspreads we got. They're perfect for our new home in florida. Beautiful, light weight and well made. I also was accidentally shipped the wrong color for one of my bedspreads and they were super quick to respond and help me out by shipping the replacement out asap! All around great experience.
