ownkoti.comReviews of ownkoti.com

I ordered an expensive USA-made knife from Benchmade Online. Everything seemed legitimate until I received a receipt from Ownkoti. The company is based in Hong Kong. Every Benchmade knife coming from China is a knockoff made with inferior-quality steel. They go to a lot of effort to make the copy look identical to the original. I cancelled the order and disputed the charge.

Be very wary of this company. I ordered a king sized quilt, which did not even cover my sheets. It may work for a queen sized bed, but that’s not what I have. The quilt itself seems like okay quality, although I haven’t washed it. The colors were much more muted than expected. They claim to have “easy returns”. This is most definitely not the case. I understood that I would have to pay return shipping per their policy. However, the package shipped from Nevada, and when I contacted customer service for the return address, the return address is in China! She said shipping back would be very expensive, and did I want to proceed? The shipping back to China would probably cost as much as the quilt ($140), so that’s a no. I guess I can donate the quilt or wait until someone I know gets a full or queen sized bed. Very disappointing shopping experience! Also, you may notice that all of their items have five star reviews, maybe a 4 star review thrown in to look legitimate. When I tried to post my negative review on their site, it was not posted. I’m guessing all the reviews are fake.

I ordered two towels. The prints I chose are beautiful and I proudly looked forward to hanging these towels in my bathroom. What I got back are two very strange pieces of fabric: thin and flimsy material not likely to absorb water. Also they were HUGE, about the size of a quilt for a baby's bed. I can't believe I actually paid a substantial price for these things. Stay far far away! ps There are no tags, inserts, return addresses in the package they came in. Just some blurry Chinese letters.

I ordered a quilt and two pillowcases. The quilt arrived but the pillowcases did not. Ownkoti insists that they were sent, and refuses to provide a refund or send pillowcases. I do not recommend this seller.

I ordered this quilt set on January 10, 2023. It finally came exactly 30 days later. It looks somewhat like the picture although the colours are very faded and not as vibrant. There were no tags on indicating what it was made of or a return address. It looked like it had been used and washed multiple times as it is very faded. I don’t believe it is 100% cotton and the material is very thin and looks cheap. I had to follow up twice to see if it had been shipped and the second reply said they needed more time although when I checked my visa bill I noted they were quick enough to take my money the same day it was ordered! I paid almost $300.00 Canadian for a cheaply made quilt that has been made in China! When I emailed the company it was then that I was told I had to send it back to China. Nowhere on the site does it say China. To return would cost a small fortune and I highly doubt I would ever see a refund. What a scam! Do not order from this company! I would never have bought it had I known it was cheap garbage made and shipped from China! I do not believe for one minute the five star reviews! Hope this review saves others money. DO NOT BUY!!!

Any time you see a running clock on a website you should be leery. Almost purchased a blanket but decided to inquire about this site. It is not trustworthy, especially with a review saying no returns. That is suspicious because there is no address available. Stay away.

I ordered my order on Dec 3, 2022 and I still haven’t received it , it’s now Jan 4 th. 2023. I guess I will need to make a claim through my PayPal account to get my money back. It was a 200.00 order

Poor quality. They do not accept returns. VERY disappointed in the product. WAY overpriced.
