Zero customer service and even though they say they take returns, they make it impossible to do so. First an email asking about how to return - response 3 days later without an address to send the return. Still waiting for an address another 3 days later - still no word. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Plus they want you to pay for all of the shipping back to China. They apparently do not have any hubs anywhere to take care of this sort of thing. Very unhappy.

I browsed the website, and was about to order, but after seeing these reviews re returns, impossible to reach customer service and poor quality…I’d rather order from Aliexpress for cheaper, if I want cheap garbage. Have had a similar experience with other companies located in the U.S. as well. This seems to be a trend. No human contact, zero customer service isn’t just an issue with products ordered from China. But I have discovered if you DM the facebook pages, you get better results regarding customer service

I wish I could give no stars as this company is deceitful. I purchased a "blanket" that was the size of a large towel and it was $60. I emailed my complaint and I was met with "the sizes are clearly posted" yeah. But if something says blanket you'd expect something bigger than a towel for the price. Ridiculous. Many others are complaining about the sizing not being correct as well. I was also told like others that I would have to pay for return shipping "that would be rather expensive." Do not purchase from this company I just lost $60.

I almost bought a blanket from them but then started to read the reviews here and decided to do more research. The exact same thing I almost paid 124€ for was available on AliExpress for 47€!! No thanks guys.

Very deceptive! They are seemingly ethical in all ways but their business practices. No where on their website do they tell you that they are out of China. I had to email them to find out where to return the blanket I bought and was told: "If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund...actually the postage may rather be expensive. Is that acceptable for you? I ordered a queen quilt which is clearly not queen-size. The colors are also not as depicted and the fabric is oddly shiny. There was no packing slip in the bag, so I have nothing to refer to make a return. But, this company doesn't have a customer service phone number, only email and social media links on its website. As I've received no response, I'm guessing I'm stuck with unwanted product. Don't order from Ownkoti!

Absolutely Not. This website is a knockoff. I spent tons of money on 2 king size quilts & 2 sets of pillow shams. As soon as I received the “delivered” notification I ran to see my new bedding. I fact did not receive ANY type of bedding what so ever. Instead I received a pair of knock off pair of tennis shoes. I’m Guessing they did this so they could say that a package was delivered but it definitely wasn’t what I ordered. Just got scammed for $300. I’m trying to get in contact with them but they won’t answer me :/

Item is advertised as queen size quilt but it doesn't fit a queen size bed. When requesting a refund I was asked to pay for shipping back which is more than the cost of the item. Do not recommend this company
