BUYER BEWARE - OWNKOTI I purchased two slipcovers from this Facebook online store recently. Received them two days ago and they are of truly poor quality and also do not fit at all as promised. I paid $58 total for two. When I contacted the company, which states that if returned, they MUST refund purchase price in full, they sent back a note saying they would offer me $7 and a 15% credit towards future purchase. They did not provide a return address to send the product back. They said I would have to pay the shipping back to China and “it would be expensive - so how about taking this offer instead??” YIKES. They also stated that the shipping they charged as part of my purchase price would not be returned - even though they also say that I must pay the shipping to return the item. So far from reasonable solution it is not worth the effort. I told them the offer was not acceptable. Waiting to hear back and then will file a complaint with Paypal and ask for full reimbursement if they do not have a better reply in the next round of communication. If I could I would have given zero stars to this company. Will never order from them again.

My quilt didn’t arrive and they tried to tell me a card had been left, it hadn’t. They wanted to charge me extra to redeliver. Total sham. *Update - despite their response Ownkoti still haven’t delivered the quilt. Do not trust this company!

They are just drop shipping from Ali-express. Reverse google image search any of their products and you can get them for about 1/5th the price. Any claims of it being organic and fair trade are absolute bs as their products are coming from cheapo bulk sale sites and are not made just for them.

What they claim on their website and what you receive are 2 different things. I ordered a king size and it’s not that big. The “quilt” is basically an embroidered bedsheet. My order had a huge 3-4 inch snag, I looked at their website for their exchange policy, it appeared to be a fairly standard exchange policy. When I contacted customer service for an exchange, they offered me a $5 refund and 15% off my next order! Not exactly in line with their posted policy. Horrible product, terrible company.

Returns are impossible. Company with expect you pay to ship to China and is not transparent about this on their website.

Item didn’t fit as shown in picture on full bed. I’ve had numerous problems just trying to get the quilt. Only offers 8% back on dissatisfied product. You will be disappointed. CS wrote back - still insisted this was my fault and upped the offering to 10 back - no return because these come from China with no way to return. The response in no way changes my rating.

AVOID AVOID. Ownkoti products looks good before use but wait until you start using them. I can provide a photo of the quilt I bought after 7 days use. I have bought 2 other items as gifts but I have not received an answers to “where is my items” yet. Ost of items $163 Another item was faulty. They tell me it is a computer error resulting in the wrong coulures . They offered me me £8 compensation (cost of the item $143) They said I can return the item knowing very well this would be very expensive. The post office estimate is @£90. I am currently searching how to report these scammers widely. I have wrote a complaint to The National Center for Complaints of Foreign-invested Enterprises to report this company. Wish me luck

Absolutely terrible experience where the things I ordered never arrived and they refused to refund me, even though the tracking shows that the order is back in their hands. Downright thieves who have the worse customer service ever.
