Total scam!!!
Total scam!!!! I ordered 2 of the same quilts to put on queen beds. They were 2 different colors and the ginko were different shapes! I tried to talk to them through insta and Facebook with zero luck. Offered a $10 refund and a 15% discount. SCAM!!! THEY SUCK. Don’t do it!!!! Now I’m sure there will be a cut and paste reply below!!!

Ripoff
Ordered full size, what I got is not even big enough to cover the top of a twin mattress. Basically a small throw. In no way worth the price. Very very disappointing.

Product sizing off, deceptive descriptions, can’t return
My daughter wanted me to buy her a full sized “quilt” that was advertised on instagram. When it arrived, it was too small to cover her full sized bed like a quilt. More like a blanket. Accompanying pillow “towels” have no way to attach to pillows. Tried to return and they started haggling with me, offering me $10 and a coupon for 15% off and telling me how expensive it would be to ship the product back to china. Stay away! Scam!

I ordered a bed cover and unfortunately…
I ordered a bed cover and unfortunately the orange didn’t go with the colour of the walls. I had to pay $65 to return it and it’s still in transit and I haven’t got my money back!!! Poor returns policy.

Shocking, I ordered a queen size Duvet cover with sheet an pillows, supposed to be velvet and blue. What I received wasn't anything like what I ordered. Very shoddy material and workmanship

BEWARE: This company has NO RETURN policy.
I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Within a week of my receiving it, I informed Ownkoti that I needed to return the bed cover I purchased. They responded that I had to return it to China where it came from, not to the company, Ownkoti. It would be "probably be expensive," they wrote, so I might want to take this offer instead: They would give me a $10 refund and 15% coupon toward a future purchase. When I refused the offer, they upped the refund to $20 with the 15% coupon. The quilt cost $175 and is not a quilt at all, it has no quilting in it, just two fabric layers--basically a coverlet. They misrepresented the product, their return policy, and now are offering this ridiculous proposal. An expensive lesson. No stars for this company.
