I received my blanket very quickly and it was not the right color or fit for my bedroom. I have tried repeatedly through their email to get a refund request (the only way to make a return) and they have ignored my requests(3emails to date). They have only 14 day window for returns. This is a scam!!

Ordered a pair of pajamas that were much smaller than the size chart stated. Wanted to return them for a bigger size to try and was told I would have to ship them back to china and pay the $$$$$ cost for shipping they obviously want to make it impossible to return so they can scam you out of your money. Paid over 60$ and they offered me to keep the product and receive a partial refund of up to 8$ what a scam!!!! Do not buy from this company!!! I was told it was my fault for ordering the wrong size so basically too bad for me????? So please don’t order. Don’t be scammed!!! I work hard to make my money! What a fool I am!!

Do NOT buy from this company. The material itself was good quality, BUT it was sold as a "full size" bedspread when it didn't even reach more than 1-2 inches over the side of the bed. When I requested an exchange, they told me they were in China and that I would have to pay shipping costs to and from China to make an exchange.

proving impossible to contact them - email dress bounces back etc, bar code on website says no longer in use etc etc. I ordered two pairs of Pjs - very nice quality but much smaller than the size guide says and far too small for me, but can't get to chat to anyone - bust size stated as 38.58 ins on website, in reality it is 36 ins so they are useless altho as said quality is nice

Very disappointed with quality. Purchased a queen quilt and pillow towels. Too small and flimsy to cover the bed adequately and pillow covers are useless. Overpriced! Hyped-up merchandise! Save your money - stay away!

Can't able to return. They cannot cancel the order and are asking me to ship it back to china.

Their return policy is a total scam. I ordered the ginkgo quilt and shams. Like the quilt. The shams did not match — they were a completely different color and pattern. Sent 3 emails to access their “easy refunds.” They say have to be mailed to China and too expensive so don’t try — and still no address. They should be reported to the Better Bisiness Bureau for fraud. They apologize for the inconvenience but still do not offer an address to return the defective merchandise or get a refund

The sell stuff from Aliexpress for 5x the price and call it “organic material” and “not harming the planet”.
