Lack of response
This company is out of China. I tried to cancel my order and they requested a reason and a 10% discount. I conveyed my reason and asked for the cancelation, no response. The problem with companies in China is they are protected by the CCP. There is no recourse to an organization buried in a communist country. They'll lie cheat and steal to get your money.
