Fast shipping is a joke.
Fast shipping? What a scam. I still haven't received my item nearly one month later. I was suckered and feel so stupid for falling for this company. Buyer beware.

The worst customer service
I received 2 sets of loungewear. One set was pretty cheaply made for the money, but ok and the other was nicely made, but neither fit. I checked their size guide, remeasured myself, and made sure I was making the right choice. Both were too small. I contacted the company and they were defensive and tried to blame me for their size chart being wrong. After I pointed out that blaming the customer isn't a way to get repeat customers, they sent many emails trying to convince me *not* to send it back because they don't want to issue a refund. It was really desperate and weird. Then they issued a few very small discounts on another order. It was wild. I'm just out a lot of money because they aren't good at building repeat business or customer service and are maybe not doing well financially since they are so frightened by issuing refunds. Just know that if you order you are stuck with what you get even if it sucks or is made crappy because they are going to do everything they can to not give you good service or your money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Items look and sound better than they are. I ordered a "six-layer" quilt that I thought would be cozy and quilted. The design is mostly printed on and its as thin as a lightweight cotton blanket. When you try to return, instead of giving you a return address they continually try to talk you out of it and offer a purchase discount on buying something else instead of returning item. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, I WOULD FEEL GOOD TO KNOW I SAVED SOMEBODY ELSE FROM THIS RIDICULOUS RIP OFF

This is a Chinese company. Do not buy anything from this company!! A friend sent me a gift from Ownkoti. The garment was too small. Ownkoti first offered, Keep the item and get 15% off the next purchase. When I refused, they offered a $7.00 refund and 15% off my next order. The item was $60.00!! They claim they have a Chinese return address. Return shipping is costly. There is no way I would ever use this company again!

THE WORST COMPANY I ORDERED FROM. Doing a regular amount of online Shopping, this website was the worst. The products seem very nice online, but be careful. They‘re cheaply made and DO NOT look like the pictures online in real life. Also no possibilty of return unless you send the product back to China and then there is no garanty you‘re getting the refund back. Would never order there again. Learn my lesson and don’t do it.

Buyer Beware!!
Buyer Beware!! Dont buy from this China company. They don't have a USA return shipping Address.. when china companies sell in the USa they should be required Too have a return usa shipping address. Or offer free return shipping. That's how they make money they ship crap then tell you ..oh you can return it here's our China address. Which will cost you more than the item. Thier clothes are made poorly and run very small ..buyer beware! I was sent a robe for a gift from them and xl was like a medium. They offered me 15% to keep something I can't wear..or pay for return shipping to China. What a joke! If I had bought it I could go to my visa for a full refund. And they know it! Don't buy from China companies! Unless they have a Usa address to return to. As you can see they respond to negative reviews with a the Same computer generated lame response of contract apologizies..they have no idea what real customer service is in China.. nor do they care As long as they can make $$$$ by selling crap else where in the world.

Too good to be true!
I ordered the Sherpa lined comforter expecting to receive the luxurious item that I saw on the website… Unfortunately I learned my lesson to buy items from brands that I’m not familiar with! I received no confirmation or contact from the company and when the item did arrive it was packaged in a garbage bag, tightly rolled and taped looking like a compressed sleeping bag! Once I opened the package both the quality and color were off! This item honestly looked used but when I further inspected it was just really cheap quality! In all, I’ve learned my lesson to not be fooled by hitting advertisements on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram! My $200 purchase was around $20 quality!

Poor quality product, terrible communication
Quality of product was not great. Poor, unclear and extremely slow communication with regard to my return. Customer is expected to bare full costs or return. Would not buy from this company again
