Things to know that would have made a difference: False advertising. Product from China not France Lyocell has a feel and texture like nylon or shiny slick polyester a Halloween costume would be made out of, not a fabric like spun rayon or Twncel. The so called coverlet is sewn like a bed blanket with a single flap hem on one end. Unlike a bedcover where all the edges have a finished quality. The pillow cases likewise have two edges - one long and one short- they are not finished all the way around. They are shown as decorative top of the bed pillowcases but are just plain weird. The texture is so peculiar I cannot imagine what I will use the sheet for. It is slippery and they offered a single sheet only. An altogether bizarre experience. I would not recommend anything from this company. They have extensive advertising with photography that suggests something other than what is delivered.

We ordered a duvet cover from Ownkoti. We did not like it and wanted to return it. They informed us that we would need to return the duvet cover to China at our expense and did not immediately send return instructions. After several emails back and forth, with our requesting their return instructions and their requesting that we send several photos of the duvet cover and its packaging, they finally agreed to fully refund our credit card (and have done so). They did not require us to send the duvet cover to China. I think Ownkoti owes it to their customers too be transparent about the fact that the costs of any returns will be the customer's full responsibility and that their returned products have to be sent to China.

I would give this “ zero” stars except for the very polite email exchanges I have had in the last week. Their return policy is very vague and I might add, nowhere does it indicate you are needing to return items to CHiNA. You have to email to ask for a return to start. You have a very short period to do that. My server said the email was not deliverable. I went on social media and got a fast reply. Basically, they asked me to keep the item that doesn’t fit and they would give me 15% off another item. When I said no to that, they asked me to keep the item, and they would give me a $7 refund. Finally, and this when you find out, I can mail it back to CHINA at a high expense and they will refund the difference. Not outright scam but misleading all the same. I would not buy anything from this company.

Very poor quality fabric and TINY sizing. XL is much closer to Medium

I have loved Ownkoti's products in the past. But the two waffle weave towels I bought this time were thin, small, and utterly unsatisfactory. For $60 I expect much nicer towels.

Ordered a quilt online, the product is much different from the advertised pictures. Won't provide me with a refund either so I'm stuck with an expensive blanket that I won't use. It's sad because I think the products are lovely and I would have considered purchasing from them in the future. They need to take better photos so you can see the true colour and pattern of the products. Will not be recommending or repurchasing unfortunately - what a shame.

Really bad quality items. I ordered two bath robes: none of them have hangers, seams are exposed, wrong side closure, no brand label - it should not cost as much ($65 per robe of $20 quality). When I contacted them for a refund, they refused it saying that the items match descriptions on the website. Buyers beware! Update: now I've been offered a refund "up to $20" (the order was $119) or ship it to China and pay for a shipping: none of these option are satisfactory. The problem is deceiving pictures and seemingly high quality products. If you start searching for bad reviews, they are similar to mine. Latest update: I got a full refund for these items.

I ordered some pyjamas and should have taken more time to read the reviews. They are probably 2 sizes too small, though I ordered my usual size so are unwearable. It doesn't tell you the fabric content but as someone who works with organic cotton I have my doubts. It's not worth returning them so my loss. Won't be buying from them again. * Ha their response just reinforces the above. The problem is with them and their products, not the carrier. *
