Make sure you understand this company is from China. It took over 4 weeks to receive my blanket, and I decided against keeping it. This is when I found out it was from China & would cost over $80 to return, which they highly did not recommend & offered me $35 of my original $165 as a settlement. Don’t do it!!

Very bad, frustrating and annoying experience. I tried to make a return, followed carefully their return policy, including shipping the package back to China on my expense. The package was delivered to the Chinses costume, however Ownkoti never bother to redeem it. In their polite but unhelpful response emails, they continue to claim the package has not yet arrived. I have never received my money back ..

I ordered a pair of XL shorts. I received them after waiting about 6 weeks for delivery only to find that they are more likely a medium according to US sizing. Don't waste your money or time. Very Disappointed!!!

I ordered a King bedding set. The item was in the correct packaging but was actually a queen size. Plus the zipper on the sham was broken. At first they accused me of lying. Then they tried to deter me from returning by offering discounts and coupons. Once I told them I was out of town for 2 months they offered to replace it. They won't provide me a return label (fun fact- it shipped from Las Vegas Nevada). They said it cost too much money and they refused to provide me a refund for their mistake.

Dont buy from this company! I didn't want to give any stars! I bought an expensive blanket... it never ever came. They cannot provide proof of delivery to the business address, and have told me to go to post office to get a form... which the post office doesn't have... Won't refund me until I provide this??? Won't resupply?? I think this company is bogus - so don't buy anything from them.

Don't order unless you are sure you won't change your mind, as coupons are only offered instead of returns.

After seeing a friends bedspread I decided to buy a couple of things from them. The quality of the items I bought were very low grade so i told them I was very disappointed especially paying what I did. They were prompt in responses but definitely did not want me to return them and did everything to deter me. It was also nearly AUD100.00 to send to the backwaters of China. The products are still sitting in the bag and they gave me a 50.00 refund from 380.00 I outlaid. Definitely much better value buying direct in Australia. Avoid this company. Also be aware the prices they advertise are in USD.

I ordered a robe on 5/25. On 6/3, they tried to deliver to the wrong address. I contacted the delivery company at least 15 times. Twice they told me they booked the 2nd delivery. The last time they booked the delivery was 7/9. Today 8/2 I contacted them again asking where the package was, since on 6/17 and 7/9 they said it would be delivered within 7 days. They told me "your package has been returned to the sender in accordance with their policy." I guess their policy is to have your package sitting around in the warehouse for months then return to sender without even trying to deliver it.
