ownkoti.comReviews of ownkoti.com

I ordered one of their products and it was not what they said it was. It was a $200 comforter advertised saying it had a cotton quilted center for added warmth. What I got was a $20 comforter that was cheap and made of polyester. This company is a scam and should be taken off the internet.

minus zero points. terrible time wasters, do not touch, I doubt they actually have products. a refund was promised, apparently taking 7 days - so sitting on my money, no present, no money, time wasted.

Ordered 3 Kimonos back in November and 1 out of 3 Kimono was incorrect size, immediately notified Ownkoti of the error and they stopped responding. Waste of money. Not to mention Waste of time Dealing with an overseas company.

So far I am giving a rating of 1 for extremely lousy customer service. I hav been charged for my purchase but received no confirmation. I have sent 2 enquires via email (as there is no phone number) and not heard back. The only tracking is available once shipped not for the order generally. I will gladly update this review once I hear back and receive my order

Terrible products completely misrepresented. The “king” sized comforter was 25cm too small, barely covered the top of the bed with no overhang. Not as advertised! Based out of China so returns are out of the question. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

As mentioned by many others, this company is basically dishonest, promising a money back guarantee. When I tried to return the pajamas that were way too small and cheaply made, I was told they would have to be returned to China, the cost would have been more than twice what I paid for them . This information doesn’t appear anywhere on their website.

Tons of fake reviews here, go over to sitejabber and read about this scam company. Their blankets are from sli express, just marked up a lot. Their size chart is totally incorrect for what you receive and when you ask to return they are extremely hostile and juvenile. They offer a small discount on another purchase and that's it. Outright thieves.

I ordered cover for a standard double bed. What was sent to me barely covered the top of the bed. I wrote emails to the company asking for right size or refund. It HAD to be sent to China (very expensive) although the return address on the label was in the U.S. so I'm stuck with something that doesn't fit and I'm out over $100! Don't do business with this company! 11/9/24 I was requested to supply more information. The order was placed the end of July. After I received the incorrect size cover later in August, I emailed the company asking for the correct size, There are a few emails back and forth with my last letter asking them to do the right thing. That was the last communication. I’m 83, living on a fixed income and have spent $105 for something I didn’t get.
