This is a complete scam - made a purchase as Ownkoti's website sites they are a French Linen and Bedding Company - completely - false! "Company Address: 20-22 rue Marius Aufan LevalIois-Perret 92300 France(THIS IS NOT A RETURNING ADDRESS)" Their website - 3/17/25 I received a my order from a Chinese distributor and the product was inferior and cheaply made. Returning the product = more money than the item? I suspect that State Owned Enterprises do not pay shipping to the US, and bank on US consumers walking away from the egregious return shipping costs. Looking for crappy bedding? Use Amazon! They will take returns very easily!

Ownkoti Is scam site. The address this company gives is the same as about 12 other named business and it’s actually a coworker space. Other businesses with the same address are “ Measureman Direct” “Homeallin” “coxsmart” “Evoosense””thevzusa.shop” “Cobeads.com” “RYAMEN””Lampech””thevzusa.shop” and many more just search the physical address they give for business. Not possible to contact an actual person, the only contact is email or facebook. Loved their advertising I ordered a blanket last year, but due to some mistake of the post office my order never came. I asked them to look into it Jan 7 and got an email “Hi there, Thanks for your email. The return process will take about 7-60 business days. Thank you for your time and patience. Best Regards, Ownkoti Team” This is March 10 well past 60 days so I sent an email Asking for any progress and received was told that “ Hi there, Thanks for your email. The return process will take about 7-60 business days. Thank you for your time and patience. Best Regards, Ownkoti Team“ Not a real business. Stay away! So it has been over a 100 days now since I ordered the product from them. After leaving this review they contacted me and said that they will ship me the product to me as soon as I remove the negative review!!!!! They can keep the product! “ If you are willing, could you please help us remove this negative review? Of course, regardless of your decision, we will continue to improve and provide you with better products and services. We will make a reshipment immediately once the feedback is removed. They sent me an email saying that they will resend the product I paid for and never received, and gave me an ultimatum that they will send the product to me only AFTER I REMOVE MY REVIEW!!! See the email above. Then they claimed that they resolved the matter over email. So unless I remove my review I will not see my product or my money. This is not resolving the matter. This sort of heavy handed and uncaring response has regrettably been my experience with them all along. Not good. Stay away.

The first time I ordered a quilt from Ownkoti everything went well and I was satisfied with the purchase. The second time I ordered a quilt was a completely different experience. I received a notice that the package was undeliverable. That doesn’t make sense. I get packages delivered every week. After numerous emails to Ownkoti, the package still hasn’t arrived and they refuse to give my money back. It was three months ago that the item was ordered.

So far they have not responded regarding a tracking number and I am highly concerned bas d in reading reviews here that I will have the same problem as I did with the company MakePants, there are many of these companies based in China with the policy on returns that you pay the shipping which would cost at least the same as the amount in a refund, I will fight all these companies that I foolishly ordered from, not realizing that they ship from China and poor quality nothing like the ad pictured in Facebook

I paid $249 for a Sherpa blanket and within six weeks it has started to unravel in 18 different places. I contacted the company and all they offered was $30 or a 15% discount on my next order. This company has a serious quality issue and I would not order anything from them. I even sent them video and several pictures.

Terrible customer service. Very hard to get a hold of them. And finally via WhatsApp I was able to connect an then through email. The pyjama set that I have been gifted for Christmas doesn’t fit. Simple issue right? But now they are arguing about the sizing now wanting me to measure their product! I just want to exchange a freaking pajamas set!!!

Never received my item and they refuse to do anything about it. I just want my money back.

I really liked the nightdress but it didn’t fit and so I’ve just paid out £20 for postage to return the item which is way too much.
