Dear Jenn, Thank you for your question. These items are authentic with a full box. Our products are manufactured by suppliers in Hong Kong. Normally, the shipping time will be from 7-10 days depending on the specific location and not including the production time. We also need 2 - 3 days to produce. We hope this information helps you. Please let us know if you have additional questions, we're always pleased to answer them.

BE CAUTIOUS!!
Ordered a pair of trainers in a certain size, one week later was told that they didn’t have that size. They then offered another pair in my size to be told again another week later that they aren’t available in my size after being told they definitely were. I don’t know if this is some sort of scam, but it seems very suspicious. I’ve now ordered the same trainers cheaper elsewhere and they arrived within 24hrs.

We are truly sorry for this inconvenience. But we exchanged emails, we asked the factory if they had those shoes, and at that moment the factory said yes. But then they checked again, they only had the largest size 12. We immediately emailed you back about it. Once again, we're so sorry about that.

My order arrived in a reasonable time frame considering it was a big order. I like that this company can make custom t-shirts at a reasonable price.

Do not order anything from this…
Do not order anything from this company! You will never receive your product or if you do it will months before you receive it. I believe they are a foreign company, Hong Kong. If I had known that I would have never ordered from them. Beware!!!!!
