Horrible company
Who makes a product that is rendered useless a few years later after charging $300 for a product people buy as an investment?! So disappointed in this company.

Do NOT buy from this company. I'm sure the products are great if they actually work. I have a faulty Cam1 (won't connect to phone, have tried on 2 phones and 2 wifi networks). I've been promised a refund twice by the technical team, every time my case gets referred back to the main team to authorise the refund, they send me back round the same loop, asking me all the same technical questions that I've already gone through twice with the technical team. I'm sure they are just stalling until the warranty expires. Absolutely shocking customer service, I've been left with an absolutely useless piece of very expensive kit, and no way to break through the absolute shambles of a customer service team. Useless. I'm furious.

Terrible customer service. I purchased the the sock when my son was less than 2 weeks old, as I had some concerns about his breathing. It then took them nearly 2 weeks to even ship it. When I finally received the sock and downloaded the app, there was an issue with my app that there was no where to set up the sock. I messaged the customer service, which took days to respond. They told me I’d downloaded the wrong app. I replied to say that I had the app that they were telling me to download & sent screen shots, they went back. It took them days again to respond. Each time they came up with what the issue was, they were wrong. And each time I replied it took them days to reply. They eventually decided that it was because I some how had the app set up in European mode & I’m in the US. Told me to delete the app & reinstall and create myself a new email address & try again. My child is 8 weeks old now & past this issue, so I said I’ll just return it. They’ve sent me the details, but I have to pay a $10 restocking fee (which was in the T&C’s of the return it within 30 days, but not clear enough for me to notice). I’ve never even got to try the sock, so I have no idea how well it would have worked, although I did try the camera and it seemed reasonable along the lines of the nest cameras we already have. I just can’t believe that it’s been 6 weeks and I haven’t even got to try the product and will now have to lose money in the return.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. The sock wouldn’t connect to my phone so never been able to use it. The camera hardly ever works as it should. I repeatedly have to re-download the app and reinstall to get it to work as it continually freezes or won’t load. I have good wifi so that isn’t the issue. Then the sound failed and no amount of reinstalling would resolve it. Then the visuals failed and it would just say ‘owlet cam offline’. Now it has disconnected the camera completely and asks me to reinstall but the camera won’t go into pairing mode. Basically this product has given me no end of problems and made monitoring my daughter’s naps so so stressful. I wish I had never paid out so much money for it. Their customer services are very poor to deal with. The first issue I logged there was no record of when I called back again. I was then asked to send a video of it not working (?) and now they are completely ignoring my calls and emails (I’ve called around 20 times to date and left many voicemails). Please, if you are considering buying this product do not buy it. I have now had to purchase something else (video only, not sock) which is 10% of the price and seems to work very well.

Pathetic **** piece, over priced, buggy- completely unnecessary stress at a stressful time.

So weit, so gut.

Have had it for 13 months. Feels like it got worse over time. Right now you have to restart the app after about 1 minute, then it searches for 1 minute, then you lose sound and soon image; and the whole process starts again! It is not a ‘wifi issue’ - which is all the help they offer. A lousy product that does not nearly live up to its pricetag. Do not buy this product.
