I asked for a rush, last minute custom order, the customer service was fantastic. They made sure my order was accurate and would deliver on time. The kit is great, love them all around.

The products were correct and exactly as designed. I like them very much. I did not like the long waiting time to receive them. I did not like spending more money to send back the sample that I did not request. I did not like Alison requiring me to produce a receipt from the post office to prove that I sent the sample back to the address it was originally sent from. It felt like she did not believe me (yes, she said she did believe me, but her tone implied the opposite). The fact that the department that received my returned sample didn't update her was a sign that your company doesn't have all of its pieces talking to each other.

So easy to design shirts, the selection of shirt designs is excellent, the company is very responsive and thorough, delivery is always on time. I've used Owayo for my team shirts for several years and every time they've done an excellent job.

The service is always quick and pleasant, and I always get my products sooner than expected and I always love the quality. We could pay less for jerseys in lots of other places locally or online, but they won't compare to what we get here.
