Dear Daniel, we're really sorry the package didn't arrive in time for the birthday. On our end, the order was shipped on the date we communicated at the time of purchase, with delivery four days later. Since we didn't know there was an earlier deadline, we weren't able to plan around it. If a specific delivery date is ever critical, we do offer express production and express shipping options at checkout that can get things there faster. Hi Chris, the V-neck and the colored collar were actually part of the design you configured when placing the order, so we produced it exactly as specified. That said, we do have other jersey styles with different collar options, so if you'd like to explore those next time, there's definitely something that might suit the team better. On the material side, our jerseys are made from performance polyester, which is standard across custom teamwear, but we hear you that the value needs to feel right for the price you pay. Our cycling jerseys are designed with a close, performance-oriented fit. Just to make sure, we assume you measured your chest circumference and selected the size according to our size chart? Please also note that the jerseys may shrink slightly after repeated washing. They usually reach their final fit after around six wash cycles.
