The process was seamless
The process was seamless. From design to delivery, the process was impeccable. Derick was so helpful and quick to respond. Everyone loved the Jerseys. They photographed very well and were amazing to use during our Charity ride.

The quality is pretty good
The quality is pretty good. Some of my friends ordered hockey-style shirts from another place and the quality was really bad—even though they paid about $55 each. I paid around $60 per shirt with Owayo, and the quality was way, way better than theirs. I ordered six custom soccer jerseys, and I’m very satisfied with them. The customer service was really good too! Special thanks to Cassandra for her excellent work.

The front end of their custoservice…
The front end of their customer service was fabulous. They created and helped me with my design. However, once the item arrived I had an issue with it as it was very small. I ordered a size 9, which is an XL. My boyfriend who is a medium size 38 inch chest put it on and the shirt was right. I sent them a photo of the shirt and indicated the fact that his chest size is a 38. I actually may have sent a photo of that as well. I don’t recall.
This is a gift for an older gentleman who has a 43 inch chest. There is no way that the shirt will fit him. How could it possibly fit someone with a 5 inch differential on the chest measurement when the shirt barely fit the 38 inch chest?? They can’t answer that. They just keep asking me for photos of the shirt on the gentlemen who will receive it as a gift. The specifications on sizing state that a size 9, XL is a 43 inch chest.
There was good communication about trying to resolve the issue, but the only way I can resolve it is to have this person who lives in a different state put the shirt on and measure his chest. He is not comfortable doing that. He does not want anything of his person in a photograph. Again, this makes no sense to me as I showed them how tight it was on the smaller gentleman . I am now out over $90 For a gift for an 80 year old man!!!

The reason we ask for a photo of the person who will ultimately wear the jersey is simply because it helps us assess whether it truly doesn’t fit. We understand your point that it’s hard to believe a jersey that fits someone with a 38" chest could also fit someone with a 43" chest. However, chest measurement is not the only factor when it comes to fit. Shoulder width, waist, and upper arm circumference also play an important role — unfortunately, these factors are difficult to fully capture in a size chart.
That’s why we sometimes ask for a photo of the person with the given chest measurement wearing the jersey. Fit can vary significantly between individuals. We completely understand that asking for a photo might feel a bit unusual, but we really only need a picture of the upper body wearing the jersey — the face does not need to be visible.
In general, our cycling jerseys are designed to be very tight-fitting and aerodynamic — that’s how they’re meant to be worn.
