Please note that you ordered the C3 Basic model, which, as the name suggests, is a simpler option in terms of cut and features, with a more relaxed club fit. Dear Will, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with our customer service, which is why you have consequently not ordered from us. In the quoted text, our customer service representative had once again responded to your request to remove our manufacturer logos from the jerseys. Please try to understand that, as a brand manufacturer, we are very proud of the cuts and designs we have developed and would therefore also like to be present on the shirts with small manufacturer logos. She has offered to adapt the colors of the logo to your design. You did not want that, you wanted it removed. She then pointed out our company philosophy to you again.
