Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

I have purchased 4 times and items arrived as advertised. The only issue is that I found on two occasions (out of 4 orders), that others had the exact same items for the same prices. So overtstock is not always the lowest prices for the exact same items.

Well, what can I say. Overstock has just about everything. You really have to look carefully and do your pricing research. I happily advise you sign up for their credit card rewards program. One of the best cards out there.

I like having free delivery on everything I order since joining Club-O. I did find the same camera online, $200 cheaper on another website. I think overstock.com inflates it`s prices a bit. I still enjoy shopping her tho

I couldn't believe how fast my furniture came.

I live in Salt Lake and my parents ordered furniture for me from Overstock.com because they are based here. However, every item I ordered shipped from the east coast and took several days to deliver via ground shipping. The padding on the chair was damaged (I can pull out staples and fix this, which seemed easier than sending them back) and I found a pub table I liked to go with them. Chairs 24 inches, table 36 inches. The table arrived damaged with the wrong finish/table height (it was only 30 inches high, supposed to be 36). I have to repackage it (UPS will pick it up) and Overstock offered me a 20% discount on the next purchase at the same standard shipping rate (about a week). I have been moved in for a week and waiting patiently for the table (which took a day longer than their original delivery estimate). The customer service representative seemed non-pulsed by my complaint and unapologetic for the major inconvenience. I will not be calling back as Overstock only had one table in that height and size; I had specifically picked out the chairs and table to match and work with my budget. I ordered another table from a different website last night.

Bought Travel Select by Traveler's Choice Amsterdam 4-piece Luggage Set from overstock. They are in very good quality. Great website.

I couldn't believe how fast my furniture came. Unfortunately, it was the wrong color but they fixed the problem fast.

I bought an engagement ring for a little over 4k. At first I was hesitant because it was a lot of money to spend on a ring online and unseen. Pictures looked great so I decided with the 30 day return policy to go for it. I received the ring and was not happy. It looked so much better online and the moment I showed it to my hopefully soon to be wife, the look on her face said it all. I decided the same day to initiate the return. Chatted with a customer rep online and she was really helpful. Send it back the same day (insured shipping 120$ that I had to pay) and got notified today that the received it and issued a refund. I hope the money will show up tomorrow. But from a customer service stand point the experience with overstock was great. I couldn't tell you much about the quality of the product but at least my risk (120$ shipping) was relatively low.
