Overall very good experience. Good prices, reasonably fast delivery. Quality of the product (an area rug) is OK for the price, however not top quality. I would definitely shop again here.

I order new but got a used item, item still worked good.

placed an order for sandbags on Aug 7 2014. Did not receive a tracking number. Emailed customer service on Aug 15 2014 and they provided a tracking number. Basically they printed out the label but did nothing about it. Today is Aug 20 2014. UPS tracking number indicate that there are no activity, so basically nothing was shipped out.

I always check overstock.com for big items! They offer some great deals on brand name furniture! I have been very happy with all of my purchases. They were exactly as detailed in the description.

I love shopping on overstock because I know I will get the best quality product for the best price. No reason to look elsewhere.
