Terrible experience. Bought an “air conditioner” which was false advertising. Just a small fan that stopped working after first use. Applied to return the item and the address was given as China and was told that I had to pay return post. Don’t use these people.

Item purchased from Overstock was not correctly made. Representatives called me to tell me they would replace item. 4 weeks later all I have received are more phone calls asking about item and wanting pictures of said item with many apologies, telling me the next call will be to give me a tracking number but no, just more requests from Overstock asking for pictures, info. I would never purchase from them again.

If you want the stuff you ordered, be advised about status of said order and not have you money held by overstock while you wait for a order that never comes and you can’t get acturate shipping information you will love overstock.com and the customer disservice department.

After making a purchase, you will be bombarded with e-mails and there appears to be no way to unsubscribe. I've sent at least a dozen e-mails, done the online chat with a customer service person and called twice yet I continue to receive e-mails. Even after 10 days I receive e-mails. In the end, the "deals" aren't really deals at all if you count the endless annoying e-mails. We will NEVER purchase anything again from Overstock.com. Buyer beware.

This is a horrible company. I purchased a 12x15 rug from Overstock having this membership in hopes that they would stand by their claim of worry free returns, but the exact opposite has occurred. They first sent me a rug that was quite obviously printed crooked and has made it an ever loving nightmare ever since. I have called them 11 straight days since the day this rug arrived, crooked, and have been told there is nothing they can do for me until I go out and BUY packaging for a 12 x 15 foot rug and repackage this 150 lb rug to acceptable standards for UPS to pick up. Then, while I'm recovering from a back injury sustained from packaging a 150 lb 12 x 15 foot rug, I can wait for it to arrive back in their warehouse for processing and THEN I can wait for them to process my refund. From start to finish I'm looking at an over month long ordeal (if I'm lucky) with countless hours wasted on the phone just to get my money back from something that should have been delivered correctly the FIRST time, when I gave Overstock my hard earned money. This company has set me in a perpetual nightmare that doesn't seem to have an end. I have been told so many stories yet here I sit over 20 days after turning over my money with a monstrous rug in the middle of my hallway awaiting someone to PLEASE pick this thing up b/c Overstock refuses to give me my money back with out a good.....long.......torture, all the while they sit with an acquired interest free loan compliments of my stupidity. Horrible doesn't even begin to describe my distain for this company.

One star is too many for this shambles of a company. I bought a watch at Christmas 2017. The strap came apart in May and a local jeweler said it couldn't be fixed. I contacted Overstock to request a replacement but was told any returns had to be made within 30 days of purchase. They seemed oblivious to the fact that I was returning it as it was faulty and not just for fun. I should have known it was a piece of junk as it was so cheap. Lesson learned. Just wish I'd seen this review site before buying. BUYER BEWARE!

BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OVERSTOCK!! If anything goes wrong with your order don't expect help. Bought a rug and they shipped the wrong colour, have sent 8 emails and no reply, tried several different email address still no reply. Tried to get help from their online chat and that was useless they said they can't help you if order was shipped overseas that I would have to wait 2 days before they would answer my emails, it's now been 5 days and no one has contacted me. REALLY WHY SHOULD I WAIT WHEN ITS THEIR MISTAKE, I have a rug that is useless to me and they have my money. This was a mistake of Overstock sending the wrong rug at my expense, paid $140 to have the rug shipped to Australia, out of pocket $300 Where is the the custumer support for overseas buyers "NONE" ?? SOOO FRUSTRATING

They advertise one price a sale price and then do not give you the sales price!!!! No matter how many times you check the price and re do your order you pay the full price. On top of the fraudulent dollar amount advertised you can bill your USA address but can only ship to Canada. I never thought with such a reputable name I should have to check reviews before purchasing, all I can say as for what I went through with the ordering process the product had better be decent, as I have read many reviews saying the products received are less much less than one would expect and I have also read retuning is a nightmare. I do not think at this point I would recommend buying from this company. Sorry overstock, get some honesty going and pick up your socks and that opinion could change with the next 1000's who order from you.
